Lately I felt really confused and angry about the state of the world. Feeling truly helpless, not having a clue on how to handle it. I draw for others and make a living out of it. It is a business. But sometimes you’re reminded why you chose this medium in the first place. Illustration always helped me shape feelings and order thoughts.

This series is an hommage to the people who take a stand. For themselves or for the big causes of our time.
